  1. This Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal data.

  4. If we are using your data because we deem it necessary for our legitimate interests to do so, and you do not agree, you have the right to object. We will respond to your request within 30 days (although we may be allowed to extend this period in certain cases). Generally, we will only disagree with you only if certain limited conditions apply.
  5. Where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data for certain activities (for example, you’ve been in contact with us previously and requested information from us), or consent to market to you, you may withdraw your consent at any time here.
  6. Just, so it’s clear, you have the right to ask us to confirm what information we hold about you at any time here, and you may ask us to modify, update or Delete such information. At this point we may comply with your request or, additionally do one of the following: (a) we may ask you to verify your identity, or ask for more information about your request; and (b) where we are legally forced to do so, we may decline your request, but we will explain why if we do so.
  7. In certain situations (for example, where we have processed your data unlawfully, after 25 May 2018), you have the right to request us to “erase” your personal data here. We will respond to your request within 30 days (although we may be allowed to extend this period in certain cases) and will only disagree with you if certain limited conditions apply. If we do agree to your request, we will Delete your data.
  8. If you wish, you have the right to transfer your data from us to another data controller. We will help with this – by directly providing you with a copy here.
  9. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, details of which/where/how you need to know.

  11. Data you provide: First, not all of our forms are necessarily impacted by the GDPR. Running anonymous Surveys, Quizzes are these exceptions, since if we’re not collecting personally identifiable information on users, our forms are not impacted.
  12. Explicit Consent Requirement for Data Collection is present right next to any of our forms or comment area, where you provide us with what you consider relevant or personal data. Anything you provided is stored under GDPR compliance and you can act exactly as you wish with the freedom provided by your privacy rights.
  13. Social media is about relationships, engagement and interactivity and not really about data privacy, online security and participant consent. As far as consent and data use is concerned, there will be effectively covered by the terms and conditions and privacy notices of each of these software tools:  Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Vimeo, Youtube, Pinterest, Snapchat or Instagram.
  14. We use Google Analytics as our analytics platform for statistical purposes only. You acknowledge that any information collected while you browse our website will be transferred to Google Analytics for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from our newsletter.
